Privacy policy
We collect only what you choose to send us, use it to reply to you, and don’t sell it.

What we collect
- What you type into our contact form. Your name, email, phone (optional), business (optional), the topic you pick and your message.
- Nothing from our self-checks and calculators. They run in your browser; your answers aren’t saved or sent.
- Basic technical data. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Our web host keeps standard server logs. We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To reply to you, set up the conversation you asked for, and prepare a quote you requested. We don’t sell your information or use it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who sees it
Our team. The form is sent by email from our web host (Hostinger) to our team inbox. If you ask about a service our partners deliver, we share only what they need to help you, and only after we tell you.
How long we keep it
As long as we’re talking or working together, and up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent, and we will. Every email we send includes a way to stop further emails.
